Prof. Dr. Mamud Salim is a philosopher, social worker and entrepreneur who is working to develop the education system in West Bengal specially in the field of teacher training science 2010 apart from that   he is working in the field of health sector also.

Dr. M Salim has founded the several colleges and schools specially in the rural area.

Dr. M Salim is working among the people who are weaker specially in the field of economy and education.

Being the in habitant in the North Bengal Dr. M Salim is realized that North Bengal is growing in every sector but specially in the health sector need to developed more.

In light of the above we decided to established health city with immediate effect with the help of several NGOs.

Dr. M Salim has received international award in 2018 in the field of education.
